Juice… and not the Joose you’re thinking of.

in opposition to Pheed’s “joose” i’m going to give you some fun facts about my favorite beverage.

APPLE JUICE

Naturally sweet, apple juice is processed from raw apples. Processors will often blend together several varieties of apples to get just the right level of sweetness. If the bottle says 100% apple juice, it has no sugar or sweeteners added. That cannot be said for the many fruit drinks, cocktails, or ades, which contain less than 100% juice. it can also be considered a fruit serving in the pyramid chart and it has no fat and no sodium.
an apple a day keeps the doctor away…. so drink an apple juice.

it’s been a while since i’ve blogged up on this piece… graduation and parties have taken up my time, but here’s my latest obsession.

Do-it-yourself…

…the craze where you literally “do-it-youself,” has recently re-emerged and i like it. starting with nothing to wear but phil’s too large t… i decided i had to take matters into my own hands and create a dress. making something out of nothing. it ended up working out quite well and i think it may be something i might get into more within the next couple of weeks… but word to the wise… be careful what you choose to re-create/make. riding the 25 today… an elderly lady thought i’d be good to “decorate your own shoe”… with markers. completely unncessary.
